Position: Warehouse Operative (Order Distributor)
Location: HM Prison Leicester (LE2 7AJ)
Contract Type: Permanent (Part-Time)
Shift pattern: 5 hours per week - Friday, 12:30 to 17:30
Salary: £3492.06 per year
Note: The role is based within a prison. Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced Security Vetting Process.
About the Role
HMPPS provides prisoners with the means to order goods using their own funds. At DHL, we manage the picking, packing, and distribution of these orders. No two days are the same on our HMPPS contract. You will play an integral role in supporting prisoners' rehabilitation by working with a diverse team.
Responsibilities
- Distributing orders accurately and timely to inmates on the prison wing
- Loading and unloading vehicles upon order arrival
- Ensuring compliance with prison rules and regulations
