DHL Supply Chain is the world’s leading logistics company. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team in Rugby. The role involves handling goods, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring the timely dispatch of products in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
A typical day may involve:
- Picking, packing and sorting orders in a fast‑paced environment
- Handling manual tasks – loading and unloading goods
- General housekeeping of the warehouse
- Working in a multi‑temperature warehouse, including chiller and freezer products
Required skills and experience:
- Flexible, friendly approach with a can‑do attitude
- Excellent organisational skills with speed and accuracy
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required – training will be provided
