We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead and manage all warehouse operations in Burton on Trent, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high standards of service delivery while driving continuous improvement and team development.

Pay Rate: £45,000 | Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) | Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday, day shift – hours as required by business needs | Location: Burton on Trent

What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory accuracy and stock control processes.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve operational targets and KPIs.
  • Implement and monitor performance improvement initiatives.
