WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Inspire and lead a warehouse team to achieve operational excellence, service targets and customer expectations
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring effective task allocation, resource management and productivity performance
- Communicate KPIs, SLAs and operational priorities through regular team briefs and engagement sessions
- Champion a strong safety culture by maintaining Health & Safety standards and compliance across the operation
- Support colleague development, continuous improvement projects and employee relations activities to build a high-performing team
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Previous experience leading or supervising teams within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment is preferred
- Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, motivate and build effective working relationships at all levels
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
- Experience working within an automated FMCG warehousing operation would be advantageous
