Warehouse First Line Manager

Pay Rate: £28,000 up to £29,000 (depending on experience)

Grade: N

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday (occasional weekends might occur). Working hours are 9:30am till 6pm

Location: Northampton, Brackmills, NN4 7BW

What you\’ll do

• Lead the Team: Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights!
• Streamline Processes: Implement innovative strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency in our warehouse.
• Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.

This role would suit people who

• Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
• Have previous FLM/Team Leader/Supervisor experience
• Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem‑solving.
• Are natural leaders with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage the team.
