Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working rotating shifts (6:00am-2:00pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm). Includes 1 in 4 weekends, with two weekdays off.

Location: Faverdale - DL3 0UR (Site-based)

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:

  • Monitor, analyse, and report real-time operational KPIs (productivity, labour hours, variance, attendance) to keep the operation on track.
  • Provide regular performance updates to site leadership, including 2 hourly reporting, to support informed decision-making.
  • Ensure operational records are accurate and up to date – such as team 1:1s, training compliance, process checks, work instruction updates, and resource planning information.
  • Identify and escalate non-conformities or performance gaps while supporting continuous improvement.
  • Manage operational data integrity across systems, acting as the first point of contact for data accuracy queries, and producing essential operational reports.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:

  • Proven experience working within a similar role in a supply chain or warehouse environment, with a collaborative, team-focused approach.
  • Strong numerical and analytical ability, with experience interpreting data, producing statistical reports and identifying performance trends.
  • Advanced IT literacy, including Microsoft Excel, Office applications, Power BI and Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and confidently use tools such as tannoy systems.
  • High attention to detail, alongside strong organisational, planning and interpersonal skills to support operational efficiency.
