We are currently recruiting for an organised and driven Ecommerce Coordinator to support our warehouse operations. Working closely with the First Line Managers (FLMs), you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high‑performing shift. This is a hands‑on position where you will be instrumental in coordinating daily activities, supporting team performance, and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Support the Shift Manager and FLMs in delivering an efficient and effective operation
- Help plan, coordinate, and supervise team activities, ensuring targets and objectives are met
- Assist with the fulfilment of customer orders, ensuring all service levels and deadlines are achieved
- Provide leadership and direction on the shop floor, including allocating tasks and adjusting resources where needed
- Support FLMs with disciplinary and grievance processes in line with HR policies
- Ensure all company policies are communicated, followed, and enforced
- Drive improved productivity through coaching, mentoring, and team engagement
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:
- A background in warehousing or logistics
- Experience in a team leadership or coordination role (desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT and systems knowledge
