We are looking for an experienced and driven Ecommerce First Line Manager to lead our fast-paced ecommerce warehouse operation. In this role, you will take ownership of shift performance, ensuring the efficient fulfilment of customer orders while maintaining high standards of safety, productivity, and quality. You’ll be responsible for leading and developing a team, driving operational excellence, and ensuring customer expectations are consistently met.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead and manage a team to deliver a safe, efficient, and high-performing operation
  • Oversee the end-to-end ecommerce fulfilment process, ensuring all customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on time
  • Plan and coordinate daily shift activities, allocating resources effectively to meet operational demands
  • Monitor and drive productivity, performance, and KPIs across the shift
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards and company policies
  • Manage disciplinary and grievance processes in line with HR policies
  • Deliver clear and consistent communication, including shift briefs and performance feedback
