We are now looking for a Transport Shift Manager on nights, to take the helm of our daily transport operations! In this pivotal role, you will lead our dynamic team to achieve excellence and drive success throughout our transport network.
Responsibilities:
- Take the Lead: Oversee our Night transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to our customers.
- Innovate & Optimise: Develop and implement transport strategies that enhance efficiency and drive success.
- Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
- Team Builder: Develop, engage and inspire your team, creating an environment where every colleague can do their best.
- Analyse & Improve: Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Can lead from the front, winning hearts and minds and providing coaching and mentorship.
- Hold an International CPC Qualification - desirable but not essential.
- Have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Aren't afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in when needed.
- Ideally have worked nights before.
