Overview
Pay Rate: £34,473 plus a nights premium of 10% between 6pm-10pm and 20% between 10pm-6am. Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time). Shift patterns: 4 on, 4 off – 6pm-6am. Location: Bury – Manchester.

Responsibilities
- Take the Lead: Oversee our daily transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to our customers.
- Innovate & Optimise: Develop and implement transport strategies that enhance efficiency and drive success. Your ideas will help us stay ahead of the curve!
- Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.

- Analyse & Improve: Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Your analytical skills will help us deliver excellence every day.
What You\’ll Bring
- Must have people management experience within transport – ideally managing a large driver fleet of up to 120 drivers.
- Must have experience working within a transport office / supply chain environment.
- Computer literate with a practical knowledge of logistics software packages.
- Excellent knowledge of Working Time Directive and Drivers Hours.
- Strong communication skills – across various stakeholders, including customers.
