Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (flexibility required to meet operational needs)

About the Role
At DHL Supply Chain, we're looking for a highly motivated Transport Compliance Coordinator to support and coordinate all aspects of transport compliance across our operation. You will play a key role in ensuring the business remains compliant with all legal, regulatory and company requirements, while promoting a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating compliance activities across a large-scale multi-drop dray delivery operation.
- Monitoring vehicle, trailer and equipment compliance, ensuring servicing, inspections and MOT schedules are maintained.
- Supporting the monitoring of driver compliance, including drivers' hours, tachograph infringements and Working Time Directive adherence.
- Coordinating transport compliance administration and supporting LGV fleet maintenance and repair activities.
- Assisting with compliance investigations and supporting the implementation of corrective actions to minimise risk.
- Producing compliance reports and analysing trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Working closely with operational teams, drivers and key stakeholders to maintain DHL's high standards of transport compliance and health & safety.
- Supporting wider transport operations and providing compliance support to other sites where required.
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience supporting or coordinating compliance activities within an LGV fleet or transport environment. Desirable
- Strong working knowledge of transport legislation, driver hours regulations and the Working Time Directive.
- Sound understanding of Health & Safety legislation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to support compliance initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with drivers, operational teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple demands effectively.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office, Tachomaster and Microlise systems.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage compliance records accurately.
