We\’re now looking for a Transport administration Clerk based in Hatfield
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Facilitate communication and coordination between transport planners, subcontractors, transport depots and other relevant stakeholders
- Monitor all loads to ensure smooth operation in regard of collections, transit and delivery.
- Responsible for achieving and maintaining KPI SLA agreements.
- Achieving collection and delivery KPIs.
- Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
this Role Would Suit People Who
- Have admin experience as it is essential for this role
- Potentially have transport admin experience but it is not essential
- Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
