A Typical Day May Involve:
- The LOC DHL Training Officer is responsible for facilitating effective training programs, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- Play a critical role in developing training materials, coordinating and driving training progress, and ensuring that all operational staff are competent and well equipped to meet DHL and Customer quality standards.
- Deliver and facilitate training sessions according to the core curriculum defined in the site training matrix.
- Track and report on the progress of training participants, ensuring all training requirements are met.
- Develop, review, and update operational work instructions to meet customer and DHL quality standards.
- Verify that “process confirmations” have been completed in the last 12-week period on processes where operators are signed off as competent.
Qualifications:
- Previous training experience would be an advantage.
- Strong operational knowledge.
- IT literate, with Microsoft Office Packages.
- Excel Data analysis – ability to interpret data.
