Role Overview

Are you an organised and proactive administrator with experience in a fast‑paced logistics or warehouse environment? We’re looking for a Loadboard Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and run the load board operation to ensure all orders are processed and despatched within agreed timelines.
  • Liaise effectively with drivers, the admin team, first line managers, shift managers, and the transport department.
  • Monitor and support the shift to ensure service delivery meets KPI targets and customer SLAs.
  • Identify and escalate any issues that could impact service or performance.
  • Maintain accurate system updates and records.

Qualifications

  • Previous administration or warehouse administration experience is essential.
  • Strong IT literacy, with experience using JDA / Blue Yonder systems advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
