Responsibilities
- Support the transport operation with activities, to ensure smooth, effective, sustainable, and positive performance
- Establish, initiate and implement CI initiatives
- Implement and manage projects within the operation
- Reporting on KPI performance and contractual obligations e.g., CO2 commitments
- Tracking, reporting and presenting KPI performance for customer
- Work alongside central customer service and planning to improve service and increase revenue
Qualifications
- Previous Operations Support Manager Experience
- Strong experience with Data & Systems is essential
- Would be desirable to have Planning Tool systems experience
- Have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Aren’t afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in when needed
