WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Deliver daily morning reports and operational updates to the customer, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and a results driven approach.
- Manage operational incidents including accidents and late deliveries, maintaining safety, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Lead, support, and develop a team of First Line Managers (FLMs), fostering a respectful, inclusive, and performance focused culture.
