We are now looking for a Transport Compliance Administrator to deliver accurate compliance reporting, manage audit requirements, and provide essential administrative support across our transport operation.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support within the transport compliance and auditing function
- Serve as the primary contact for all audit‑related queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Prepare and maintain compliance audit data to a high standard, ensuring all periodic reporting is completed on schedule
- Utilise fleet and driver management systems to extract, analyse and present data for operational reporting
- Interpret customer requirements and deliver clear, insightful information through effective communication
This Role Would Suit People Who:
- Experience working in a similar role within a transport compliance environment
- Strong understanding of operator licence compliance requirements for Heavy Goods Vehicles
- Good knowledge of driver hours regulations and associated record‑keeping standards
- Confident using Microsoft Excel, including formulas and tools for presenting and analysing data
- Able to work effectively to deadlines and meet agreed targets
