- A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Leading daily operational reviews to monitor service, productivity, quality, and cost performance across warehousing and distribution activities.
- Coaching and supporting senior managers and department leaders to drive engagement, performance, and personal development.
- Reviewing labour planning, productivity metrics, and financial performance to ensure operational and budgetary targets are achieved.
- Driving a safety-first culture through site audits, compliance reviews, wellbeing initiatives, and health & safety leadership.
- Leading continuous improvement and change initiatives to enhance efficiency, service levels, and overall operational performance.
- Managing escalations and implementing solutions relating to people, processes, systems, and operational challenges.
