Shift pattern: Any 5 out of 7. Shift Times: Nights, 2200 - 0600.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Team: Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights!
- Streamline Processes: Implement innovative strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency in our warehouse.
- Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
- Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.
- Foster Collaboration: Responsibility for a Team of up to 25. Building a strong team culture that values communication, accountability and teamwork. Together, we’ll achieve great results!

Requirements:
- Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing.
- Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
- You’re a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team.
- Have experience in a similar role with strong people management skills.
- Are analytically minded and have excellent computer literacy.
