  • Shift Patterns
  • Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday: 06:00 - 18:00, Sunday: 06:00 - 14:00 (Wednesday and Thursday rest days).
  • Week 2 - Wednesday and Thursday: 06:00 - 18:00 (all other days rest).
  • Week 3 - Monday, Tuesday and Friday: 10:00 - 22:00, Saturday: 08:00 - 20:00, Sunday: 12:00 - 20:00 (Wednesday and Thursday rest days).
  • Week 4 - Wednesday and Thursday: 10:00 - 22:00 (all other days rest).
  • Note: Shift may occasionally adjust to 08:00 - 20:00; flexibility required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and provide support and information in the running of safe and efficient operation.
  • Work within clear guidelines to help achieve the operational standards and defined outcomes for your area of responsibility during shift.
  • Responsible for the execution of transport plans ensuring transport and network SLA's/KPI's are achieved.
  • Act as the front and centre of the transport operation, demonstrating 21st century driver engagement and management.
  • Ensure well‑being, performance and motivation of the team through regular performance dialogues, scheduled one‑on‑ones and ad‑hoc communication and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Transport First Line Manager experience.
  • IT literate; proficient with Microsoft Office packages.
  • Transport knowledge.
  • Health & Safety compliance; use safe sound checklists, safety conversations and Gemba problem‑solving processes.
