Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday Day Shift (working between the hours of 6am and 4pm)

We\’re now looking for a Stock and Admin Clerk to support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse by managing inventory records, processing documentation, and ensuring accurate stock control.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Maintain system integrity by accurately managing stock levels and ensuring timely goods receipt processes
  • Produce and analyse KPI reports to support operational performance and decision-making
  • Investigate and report stock discrepancies, using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track and resolve issues
  • Support reverse logistics operations, including processing and managing depot returns efficiently

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • Demonstrates a good level of numeracy and IT proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management Systems
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams
  • Proven administrative experience is essential, ideally within a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, with hands-on stock management knowledge in a warehouse setting
