WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and manage a team of 15-25 colleagues across Warehouse Operations and Admin
- Plan and direct day to day activities to meet operational demands
- Monitor KPIs and productivity, driving continuous improvement
- Manage attendance, holidays and sickness absence
- Conduct 1 to 1s, performance reviews and support disciplinary/grievance processes
- Promote Health & Safety compliance and best practice across site
- Coach and develop team members, supporting succession planning

- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience (desirable)
- Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills
