A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Implement and supervise the adherence of Quality Management System (15 Global Quality Standards) and Quality BASICS
- Monitor and analyse Quality metrics, investigate non-conformances and create & execute action plans
- Conduct internal audits as set out by the Quality Manager to include daily line Audits, Weekly Audits and any other requests
- Ensure adherence to customer quality requirements in line with DPDHL policy
