Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7. Rotational early and late shift pattern. Early shifts typically start between 6:00am and 7:00am, while late shifts can finish as late as 6:00pm. There may also be occasional 1:00pm to 9:00pm shifts to support business requirements and operational demands.

We're looking for a Helpdesk Advisor to support Home Delivery operations by assisting delivery crews, customer service teams and customers with delivery enquiries, directions and order updates, ensuring a high standard of service and operational efficiency at all times.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Answer incoming calls from Home Delivery Crews and Customer Services teams.
- Making outbound calls to customers to provide updates and resolve queries.
- Use available resources and systems to support crews in completing successful deliveries.
- Update customer orders accurately and in line with company processes and policies.
- Support the day-to-day management of call centre systems while maintaining high service levels and KPI performance.
- Build effective relationships with operational teams and provide excellent customer service at all times.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Someone with previous customer service experience and strong telephone communication skills.(Essential)
- An individual with excellent administration, organisational and Microsoft Office skills.
- A proactive problem solver who can work effectively in a fast-moving operational environment.
- A team player who can work to tight deadlines and build positive working relationships across the business.
- Someone flexible to work varying shift patterns, including weekends, and adapt to changing customer requirements.
