Shift patterns: We operate a rotating shift pattern with early and late shifts.
Typical shifts:
- Early Shifts (typically your working weekend): 06:00-14:00, 07:00-15:00
- Late Shifts (typically followed by your rest weekend): 08:00-16:00, 10:00-18:00, 13:00-21:00
Site Operating Hours:
- Monday-Friday: 06:00-21:00
- Saturday-Sunday: 06:00-18:00
Location: Stafford
A Typical Day May Involve:
- Responsibility for answering calls from Home Delivery Crews, Customer Services and speaking with Customers whilst assisting with directions and order enquiries ensuring that all customer orders are updated in line with company policy.
- Answering incoming calls from Home Delivery Crews & Customer Services
- Ensuring all available resources are used to assist the crews in making successful deliveries
- Represent DHL in a professional manner to customers and provide excellent customer service at all times
- Support the management of the day to day management of call centre systems
- Comply with working time legislation
