What You'll Do
- To effectively organise all resources for the delivery of the customers product
- Meet customer requirements and operational KPI's and SLA's
- Ensure legal transport compliance in line with DHL's earned recognition
- Analyse performance and drive continuous improvement
- Manage attendance and complete Drivers 1-2-1's
