We're now looking for Class 2 Drivers at Morrisons Bridgwater to play a key role in ensuring our operations run efficiently, delivering goods safely and on time.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Multi-drop store deliveries of cages and pallets to customer premises to locations in the South West and South Wales regions
- Driving safely and efficiently in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Complying with health and safety standards, including The Highway Code and vehicle regulations
- Regularly completing vehicle checks
- Manual handling of customer products
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:
- Hold a valid HGV Class 2 Driving License (C), Driver CPC Qualification, and Digital Tachograph Card
- Ideally have 12 months of recent driving experience
- Are physically fit, as this role involves high levels of manual handling
