We’re now looking for a Warehouse Administrator to support the smooth running of warehouse operations through accurate data management, effective use of WMS systems, and timely coordination of orders and administrative tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input and maintain data within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ensuring all records are up to date and reliable.
- Produce regular data and performance reports to support operational visibility and decision‑making.
- Manage booking in of orders and generate pick sheets to support efficient warehouse operations.
- Monitor and resolve queries within the WMS, liaising with operational teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Support overall warehouse administration tasks, ensuring processes are followed and deadlines are met in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or supply chain administrative role, with an understanding of operational processes.
- Strong IT skills with a strong emphasis on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of next‑day or time‑critical order profiles and the ability to prioritise workload accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills, with a polite and friendly approach when dealing with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
