We're now looking for a Customer Service Clerk to manage queries between customers, merchants, and internal teams, delivering timely, accurate responses while supporting smooth communication and issue resolution across a fast-paced warehouse operation.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Managing and responding to customer and merchant queries, acting as a key point of contact between DHL, merchants, and end customers.
- Ensuring all queries are acknowledged or resolved within agreed SLAs, maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
- Investigating and resolving issues using warehouse management systems, liaising with inventory teams and, where required, carrying out on-floor investigations to support query resolution.
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and updates within systems, ensuring clear communication and traceability.
- Supporting smooth operational flow by effectively coordinating communication between customer service, operations, and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:
- Have previous experience in a customer service or administrative role within a warehouse or supply chain environment.
- Possess strong IT skills, with proven experience using Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships between customers, merchants, and internal teams.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve queries in a timely manner within tight SLAs.
- Show high attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple queries and priorities effectively.
