Responsibilities:
- Delivery of training courses to new and existing colleagues.
- To conduct all Ground Service Equipment (GSE) training in accordance with current legislation and company requirements.
- To devise, implement and conduct GSE operators' courses.
- To be fully conversant with and comply with all current company rules, regulations, procedures, processes and policies, reporting any breaches.
- Display a professional image.
- To provide and support all mandatory, compliance and induction training.
- Identify, develop and design training interactions which contribute to the business, and to comply with any industry standards and legislation mandatory requirements.
Role requirements / Qualifications:
- Previous experience in aviation, a strong understanding of DHL's safety policies and procedures, and extensive knowledge of airlines and airport authorities is desirable but not essential.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, as you will be working closely with a diverse group of colleagues and airline personnel.
- Good IT literacy with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel.
- 1 year experience of delivering training - Essential.
- Train the Trainer certificate or Training qualification - Desirable.
- Full UK driving license (manual) – Essential.
- Delivering Aviation Security training.

- To obtain a full airside ID, you must:
- Be able to provide five years' address history.
- Be able to provide five years' reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character).
- Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test.
