We\’re now looking for a Senior Warehouse Operative to play a key role at the centre of our fulfilment operation.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Lead, coordinate, and supervise a warehouse team

Communicate effectively and provide motivation, training, and support

Manage departmental budget and report variances with evidence

Build strong relationships with customers and other departments

Collaborate with Finance, HR, and other teams to ensure smooth operations

Drive Continuous Improvement across processes

Perform general warehouse duties as required

Computer literate – comfortable using systems and technology to support daily warehouse operations

Background in warehouse operations is essential – understanding of day-to-day warehouse tasks and processes
