We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Stock & Admin Controller to join our warehouse team. This role is key to maintaining stock accuracy and integrity across the operation, ensuring efficient stock control processes and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Support the maintenance of stock accuracy and integrity through the effective use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve stock accuracy in partnership with operational teams
- Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
- Ensure a seamless stock control service is provided to the warehouse operation
- Control and monitor stock movement throughout the warehouse using WMS
- Carry out daily stock control processes and procedures
- Perform stock counts, stock adjustments, and stock reconciliations
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Stock control, inventory, or warehouse administration experience (desirables)
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems
- Experience in stock management (desirable)
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel
- Happy to work in inbound and outbound part of the warehouse
- Attention to detail and problem solving
- Have MHE Licence (desirable)
- Happy to work 4 on 4 off, Night shift (18:00 - 6:00)
