The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.

Location: Rugby

Shift patterns: Monday-Friday. Weekly rotational shifts: 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Directly managing a team of up to 15 people (2 Performance coaches, 1 Administrator and Warehouse Operatives)
  • Reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance for your area / shift
  • Deliver team member performance reviews (1-2-1's), development and/or succession planning as appropriate
  • Review and Approve the Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) of your area and ensure that review's process and approval are taken under the established due dates
  • Support and contribute towards briefing activities such as performance management appraisals, comms zone briefs and informal / formal conversations
  • Ensure shift is managed in line with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures
  • Report and investigate incidents within the work place and respond to or elevate issues of non compliance to safety regulations and procedures
  • Participate on shift handover with your colleague of previous shift understanding the current status and priorities for your working day

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • Previous team management experience within a First Line Manager/Team Manager role is essential
  • Excellent communication skills - Verbal and written
  • Proven experience of building customer relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership and motivation skills
  • Knowledge of Blue Yonder system would be desirable
  • Good balance of Results and respect approach
  • Able to deliver results under stress and within a pressured environment
