Grade: RCS. L

Shift patterns: Monday-Friday. Day time hours (start times between 07:30-08:30am)

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:

  • Managing the European Planning team within the Control Tower providing a service for the European Inbound for TJX.
  • Leading the European Planning team with the operational delivery of service KPIs and financial results.
  • Building strong relationships with partner sites across the EU and with key stakeholders, customers, and customs.
  • Responsible for carrier management, engagement, and regular reviews of performance.
  • Establishing and continuing the development of strong two-way relationships within the European Network.
  • Responsible for the Region 1 to Region 2 cross-border movements.
  • Accountable for the achievement of contractual KPIs & ensuring partners & hauliers are managed to agreed SLAs.
  • Leading 121s, weekly briefs, team meetings, and HR processes.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:

  • Have previous team management experience (essential).
  • Have experience in the Supply Chain division, ideally with a retail customer.
  • Have a transport planning background (cross-border would be advantageous).
  • Have customs experience (international or European experience would be desirable).
  • Possess excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Have customer relationship management skills across all levels.
  • Have strong presentation skills.
  • Languages: German, Spanish or French speaking - advantageous, but not essential.
