We're looking for a Customer Account Development Director to join our Consumer & Convenience sector, taking ownership of accelerating growth across a portfolio of key accounts: strengthening partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and turning insight into action.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive profitable growth across strategic customer accounts by identifying and converting new opportunities
- Build deep, trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and internal teams
- Shape and execute account development plans aligned to customer ambitions and DHL capabilities
- Spot unmet needs and emerging trends, turning them into compelling, value-led propositions
- Collaborate cross-functionally (operations, solutions, finance) to deliver seamless customer outcomes

- Proven track record in account development, commercial growth, or business development
- Strong ability to influence, engage and challenge constructively at senior levels
