We’re now looking for a Regional Fleet & Compliance Manager to take the helm of our daily transport operations! In this pivotal role, you will lead our dynamic team to achieve excellence and drive success throughout our transport network. Join us and be a key player in shaping the future of logistics!
What you’ll do
- To ensure regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures, and industry standards are adhered to across both Operating centre areas of responsibility
- To develop, implement and manage compliance programs, conduct audits, and monitor training to ensure the company operates within legal and ethical frameworks
- To maintain records of fleet and compliance activities and ensure completion and retention of the required documentation
- To manage and steer the defect and VOR reporting processes, and ownership for the tracking of Company assets
- To identify potential compliance risk and develop mitigation strategies
What you’ll bring
- CPC International - required
- Extensive experience in fleet management, preferable in leadership roles
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
