Pay Rate: £28,000

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm

Location: Birmingham

We are now looking for a European Planning Administrator.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:

  • Taking care of the reporting and other administrative tasks to allow the Planners to focus on developing and improving the Contingency Plans.
  • Collecting, analysing and presenting accurate data to the Planners to assist with their decision making in order to create the most optimal Plans.
  • Ensuring a smooth operation and co-ordination between the direct team and Customer by ensuring data is distributed regularly and on time.
  • Implementing tools to streamline repetitive work to reduce the need for double or manual working.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:

  • Have a passion for Planning.
  • Are good communicators.
  • Have administration experience (beneficial).
  • Are IT literate, with Microsoft Office Packages.
