A Typical Day May Involve:

  • Develop and manage projects from concept to full implementation, ensuring timely handover and status updates.
  • Complete required documentation, resolve issues, and manage contractors effectively.
  • Present project-related issues and updates to senior management.
  • Design solutions and alternative concepts, including project planning and space/manpower calculations.
  • Oversee key milestone delivery and manage deviations from project plans.
  • Collaborate with planning teams to coordinate operational requirements and model-specific changes.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency.
  • Train team members on the effective use of systems and ad-hoc analysis tools, ensuring accurate and updated site drawings.

This Role Would Suit People Who:

  • Operational Planning experience is ESSENTIAL
  • IT Literate, with Microsoft office packages, Excel is ESSENTIAL
  • AutoCAD & SAP is DESIRABLE
  • Strong understanding of Data Analysis
