Our Finished Vehicle Solutions contract spans three dynamic sites, each playing a crucial role in the journey of brand new vehicles, supported by a range of facilities that keep the operation running smoothly. We're looking for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys supporting teams and facilities across multiple locations, while being hands on in a role that is critical to maintaining safe, efficient, and compliant environments. As our Health and Safety Contract Business Partner, you'll be the go to expert for all things Health and Safety & Business Continuity Management (BCM) guiding, supporting, and empowering our teams and site facilities to deliver excellence every single day.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Overseeing Facilities Management activities across all three sites to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations
- Providing expert Health and Safety & BCM support to ensure full compliance with statutory legislation
- Driving standardisation and embedding the HSMS and wider policies across all three sites
- Meeting annual SHE objectives through proactive engagement and performance management
- Supporting the central Health and Safety function to deliver business wide functional goals
- Coordinating Health and Safety & BCM initiatives with site management teams to build a strong safety culture
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Proven operational H&S experience - you know how safety works on the ground
- NEBOSH National General Certificate
- A dynamic, adaptable approach - this contract moves fast, and so will you
- A clean driving licence - you'll be supporting three sites
- Strong understanding of H&S processes and how to apply them in real operations.
