Do you have experience within warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations? Are you confident using data, planning resources, and driving operational performance? We're looking for a Shift Performance & Control Room Coordinator to support operational excellence through workforce planning, OMS training compliance, performance reporting, and real-time Control Room coordination. You'll play a key role in ensuring colleagues are trained, deployed effectively, and supported to achieve productivity, service, and compliance targets.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Coordinate and deliver OMS training plans, maintaining training records and compliance across all operational teams.
- Plan and manage labour resources in line with forecasted volumes, productivity targets, and operational budgets.
- Monitor operational performance, provide regular KPI reporting, and support data analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support Control Room operations through real-time performance monitoring, escalation management, and shift status reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement activities including Gemba walks, CAPA actions, process documentation updates, and colleague development initiatives.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:
- Individuals with experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment who enjoy working in a fast-paced operational setting (Essential).
- Candidates with strong analytical and numerical skills who are comfortable interpreting operational data and KPIs.
- People who enjoy coaching and supporting others, with the ability to influence performance and development across teams.
- Those confident using systems and technology, including Excel, WMS, Power BI, Smart Operations, or OMS tools.
- Organised, detail-focused professionals who can manage multiple priorities, work to deadlines, and adapt to changing business requirements.
