Position: Warehouse Operative

Salary: £26,482.49 + Shift Premium

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: 4 on 4 off (Night shift: 18:00-6:00)

Location: Northampton, NN4 9BD

We’re now looking for a Warehouse Operative to play a key role at the centre of our fulfilment operation at Morrisons, Swan Valley.

A Typical Day May Involve

• Picking, packing and sorting orders in a fast‑paced environment
• Getting hands‑on with manual tasks, from handling to loading and unloading
• General housekeeping of the warehouse

This Role Would Suit People Who

• Have a flexible, friendly approach with a can‑do attitude
• Have excellent organising skills along with speed and accuracy
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not a deal‑breaker. Training is provided!
• Happy to work a Night shift 18:00 – 06:00
• Happy to work 4 day on, 4 days off
• Happy to work in a temperature control warehouse
• Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) (desirable)
