We are now looking for a First Line Manager Warehouse and Transport to oversee our warehouse operations and transport activities. In this role, you will lead a team to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant operations, delivering exceptional service to our customers. WHAT YOU'LL DO- Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
- Conduct start-of-shift briefs and end-of-shift handovers.
- Manage attendance, performance, and conduct.
- Have previous experience in a supervisory or management role within logistics, warehouse, or transport.
- Possess strong leadership and communication skills.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Have knowledge of transport compliance and warehouse processes.
