- Shift patterns: Monday-Friday. Day time hours (09:30-18:00)
- Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- To directly assist management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance in your designated area.
- To supervise, implement and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct line reports, ensuring that all deadlines are safely met within allocated time frames, while always maintaining standards of excellence.
- Streamline processes: Implement innovative strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency in our warehouse.
- Deliver team member performance reviews (1-2-1s), development and/or succession planning as appropriate.
- Ensure shift is managed in line with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Previous First Line Manager/Team Leader/Supervisor experience is essential.
- Excellent communication skills β verbal and written.
- Strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing.
- Strategic mindset and passion for problem-solving.
- Able to lead, motivate and coach the team.
