Location: Brackmills, Northampton

Shift patterns: Monday-Friday, Day time hours (08:00-16:00)

Contract Type: 6 month Fixed Term Contract

NOTE: You will be required to undergo a Metropolitan Police Security Clearance Check and a Basic Criminal Record Check. It is mandatory that you have 3 years housing history within the UK.

Join us at DHL Supply Chain as a Customer Service Advisor on our high performing NUMS Contract in Brackmills, where you'll play a key role in supporting our customers, resolving queries, and keeping operations running smoothly. Typical day may involve:

  • Act as the key point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication across all areas of the organisation's operations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and a high quality of service are maintained at all times.
  • Maintain and audit the relevant IT system/s.
  • Ensure all enquiries are investigated, resolved and answered promptly within the Customer Service guidelines of a 5 day resolution time.
  • Make decisions on and process customer requests for direct issues, special picks and emergencies, liaising with all associated departments.
  • Act as a point of contact between internal departments and customers, ensuring information is disseminated to both.

This role would suit people who:

  • Have experience of working in a customer service function with both Web and telephone enabled CRM systems.
  • Have experience of dealing with customers all over the country.
  • Have experience of using Customer Relationship Management software/programs.
  • Possess excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Have a strong level of IT literacy skills - systems and Microsoft packages.

For this job you will be required to go through a Metropolitan Police Security Clearance Check and a Basic Criminal Record Check.
