Overview

Warehouse Team Leader in a category C prison at HMP Wayland, Norfolk. Permanent full‑time position, 40 hours a week, shift Monday to Friday (including UK bank holidays). Monday 07:00‑16:45, Tuesday‑Thursday 08:00‑16:45, Friday 08:00‑14:45. Own dependable transport required for site visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the prison wing, distributing inmate orders accurately and on time.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles when orders arrive.
  • Ensure compliance with prison rules and regulations.
  • Make safety‑supporting decisions with integrity, judgement and fairness.
