We\βre now looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager Nights to lead our operations and drive success.

What you\βll do
- Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements across the site
- Direct the daily activity to ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for team members
- Take proactive approach to ensure housekeeping is managed and maintained to goods manufacturing practice
- Facilitate effective communication β verbally and written
- Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and enforced ,all staff to be briefed with all updates and changes .
- Work in collaboration with Line Manager to ensure all training needs are completed In line with DHL standard
- Effective communication with team and customers (written and verbally)
