We're now looking for a Class 2 HGV Driver to play a key role ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering goods safely and on time.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:
- Delivering alcohol goods to pubs, clubs, bars and restaurants
- Heavy lifting involved within this role
- This is a 2 man role so you will have a drivers mate or another driver with you
- Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
- Regular completion of vehicle checks
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:
- Hold a valid HGV Class 2 Driving License (C), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
- Ideally have experience actively using your HGV Class 2 License on the road (6 months)
- Are ok with high levels of manual handling each day
- Are ok working around alcohol
