- A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Leading large-scale logistics and operational projects from concept through to successful delivery.
- Collaborating with customers, site teams, and senior stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned to business goals.
- Managing project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitating project meetings, providing progress updates, and driving solutions to overcome challenges.
- Supporting the implementation of new processes, systems, automation, and operational improvements across the business.
- Coaching and influencing cross-functional teams to deliver results while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Have previous Senior Project Management experience managing complex projects from initiation through to completion, within supply chain environments
- Hold a recognised Project Management qualification such as APM, PRINCE2 or equivalent.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Are natural problem-solvers who can identify risks early and implement effective solutions.
- Have strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage senior leaders and customers.
- Enjoy driving change, delivering continuous improvement, and making a measurable impact on business performance.
