We’re now looking for a Resourcing Advisor to join our dynamic UK&I team, playing a key role in delivering exceptional recruitment solutions across our regional business units. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of end‑to‑end recruitment, partnering closely with operational leaders and HR colleagues to attract top talent and support business growth.

What does the role entail?

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle – from role briefing through to offer, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to define attraction strategies, interview approaches, and sourcing methods
  • Provide expert guidance on recruitment best practice aligned to DHL’s resourcing strategy
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders, including site leaders and HR Business Partners
  • Source and engage high‑quality candidates using a mix of direct sourcing, talent pools, and external channels
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and deliver concise shortlists to hiring managers
  • Track and manage vacancies, providing regular progress updates and insights throughout campaigns
  • Collaborate with external recruitment partners where appropriate
  • Use data and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement

  • Experience in a recruitment or resourcing role (in‑house or agency) – high volume desirable
  • A strong track record of working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
  • Knowledge of candidate attraction techniques and sourcing strategies
