What does the role entail?

  • To maintain the integrity of the data in Oracle and other related People Services systems.
  • To provide appropriate, accurate and timely People Services and People Management information for line managers and HR team.
  • Provide high-quality, consistent advice, support and resolution to managers, employees and outside parties, within agreed parameters in order to maximise customer efficiency, effectiveness and confidence.
  • Monitor and maintain organisational data in Oracle, commissioning the rectification of any data issues.
  • Manage the timely and accurate mass uploads of data on the HR systems.

  • Able to accurately manipulate large quantities of data.
  • Proficient in Excel - Essential
  • Engage and manage stakeholders effectively, resolving issues and understanding drivers/needs.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret complex written information.
  • Ability to make sound and timely decisions based on analysis of the relevant information and deliver innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Good written and verbal communication with exposure to working with stakeholders at a senior level.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, well-organised, and self-reliant.
